EPFO Launches online receipt of Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) from the Month of April 2012 (March paid in April).
Employer can register their establishment wef 20.03.2012.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the ECR pertaining to wages month 03-2012 was inadvertantly filed wrongly as it was the first month of this ECR and in place of member ID, we had put just serial numbers.
We request you to kindly help us how can we amend the aforesaid ECR monthly return also submitted.

There is a provision on the e-sewa page that you can cancel your earlier ecr if wrongly uploded and reload the correct one.Also your ecr challans if uploded it has validity period of 15 days only.There after the uploaded ecr file expires and you have to re upload the fresh.
