I am working under a kolkata based private limited organization, but we don't have PF account as the numbers of employee is less than 20 and in my pay slip is ordinary one like a cash voucher. Could i avail a property loan from any nationalize bank ? Any body any idea regarding this matter?

To get a personal loan, its not necessary that you must been working with an organisation who is deducting PF... for that purpose only you have to do is get a stamped salary certificate better if it is at letterhead from the employer signed by an authorised person.. it will work as a salary slip..
