In the recent past, there was query on training the directors of the company. Please refer my following reply:

In addition of the modules mentioned in the above link, I can say that top management can be trained on:
a) Conflict Handling Skills (how to eradicate negative conflict and substitute positive conflict in its place)
b) Decision making skills

I am a process trainer who is likely to step forward into soft skill training. Although, I conduct basic soft skills for fresher’s in my organization this is my first time to conduct for company’s top management.
It would be of great help if you put some lime light on the presentation little more in detail and also with sample presentations if any.
