I would like to know whether there are softwares available for maintaining the profiles for recruitment, maintain a master database of employees.

Kindly help me out.. It is very urgent.

Yes...there ae softwares...ZONIAC is one of the software..were in you can load all the detaisl , its very usefull

Hi,

yes there is a very useful software in this regard called HireCraft. it is a professionally designed software in which u can upload ur cv's through your outlook and pc and can arrange interviews, manage bulk requirements, contact details of candidates and clients, current and open requisitions and can also mail the candidates and clients for shortlisting purpose.

but its not free. i am using it as my company has bought it and got installed few months back.

Try this software named " HS Staff Manager " .try version 2.1

Its not for free, But has got good reviews from users.

I feel that you will be able to get your data correct in it.

Depending on how advanced the canditate tracking part needs to be, you could check out www.hrdatamanager.com. It has a fairly simple Applicant Tracking section. It also tracks employee data.

A search of download.com may turn up other products as well.
