Approach any bank nearest branch to your office / company / organization and communicate them about your requirement so that they themselves will come to your office, complete all formalities. Your organization may be having account in some or the other bank hence it is better to have a tie-up with the same bank so that there won't be any issue or minimum balance etc., but you need to do one important thing is that once the employee leaves your organization then immediately you need to inform them so that they can cancel the account.
