determine :
1) why was he/she working on sunday ?
2) was it really necessary to work on a sunday ?
3) how will u judge the person's work done from home ?
4) for how much duration was he/she working ?
5) how many times has the person worked on such sundays and when was the person actually required to work on a sunday ?
if the person works on a sunday regularly without real requirement, then it should not be treated as a comp off.

Suggest people give replies to questions and not just suggest to Google. I will look for the same and share it soon

Me thinks citehr should be a forum for expert feedback, views and experience sharing because the real wealth is the experience of the members and the real currency is the mutual respect for each others time and effort.
Something which can be easily had with a 10 second Google search should rather be left for Google search. Isn't it?

Very true...The only reason we ask queries on cite HR is because we are potential managers and may not have come across some HR practices which most experienced people have. Google is not the solution each time.
