Hi, Yes night shift in HR is not bad....infact internationl recruitment is a part of HR & many MBA's are doing this in a good companies like IBM, Keane etc. Atleast it is much better than Consultancies because you are getting experience in corporate....moreover you get better compensation....it is really hard to find job in core HR esp in corporate....but this is the way You can get easy entry in corporate esp in IT sector. These all IT companies comes under factories act Labor laws. For the beginning of career it is very good way.....If any comments plzz reply me at Thanks- Arshiya

welll the Nigh t shift can be taken as a good option so as to give initial boost to a career but its not e body cup of Tea. I ve joined an organization 7 months back as a resource exe which is totaly into night shifts .....its true tht u learn a lot many new skills &get good knowledge, .But i m still not used to it, and finding it difficult to adjust to the timings and subsequently falling pray to the repercussions... its a good option to start with ..but cannot be taken as a long term career cos it take a toll on your health in big way...its just my opinion and others might have a different one....! will be shifting to a general shift with a generalist cum rec profile soon [:p]...
