My self Pragnesh,
Sir, Actually as per PF Law from 15th of any month we are submited Paid Pf Challan ,From no 5 & 10, Pf from no 12 A at PF Office but in my organization they are not submitting any Month's Paid Challan & From 5,10 & any 12 A even From 9 also.
Now I am joining this organization they want to all these formalities completed by me, I haven't this types of any experiences .
so,I am very afraid, Kindly give me your golden advises , how to complete all procedure? How to face Pf Officer?

Give me proper guidance to solve this problem.....

Not to be worried. First of all tell me that for how many months/year the same is pending, Secondly hope you'll have all the challans for the pending period, finally up to which month Book 9 is updated......

Dear Pragnesh,
Dont worry, Soon You will be expertised in statutory compliance. Since you are going to create the data for the organisation from scratch.
First understand the basic of all forms required for the PF/ ESI Monthly / HALF / annual returns.
Next does your company have a PF code/ ESI Code else apply for it.
From the date when your organisation employee strength is above 20 create Form 5, Form 10, Monthly challan, 12 A for every month. If you have to do for years together then do prepare form 3A and 6A for the respective years.For ESI prepare monthly challan & Half year returns.
Then you can apply for ESI/ PF returns.
Better you can get an help of PF/ESI consultant if you have not filed returned for years.
Inform your organisation that you have to pay the penalty / damages for the delay which may vary from 17 - 35% annually for both ESI & PF.

Dear Mr. Pragnesh,
My advice , you don't worry about past and you start all compliance from your period and keep it record update .
PF challan last date of payment 15th
From 12 A along with Form 5 And 10 last date of submission is 25th
Form 9 is needed starting time of the establishment and only once time. you may ask to PF office if they will accept later on you may send this also.

Dear Sir,
We have four different property(gujrat,rajasthan,chennai, banglore) , when all four challan get to gather then one month complete.
now almost 6 months challan will not paid.
i haven't any idea about book no 9.

Hi All,
I am new here. I have a doubt in form 16 . Can anyone help me on it.
I know the purpose and importance of the form but my doubt is, is this form 16 applicable to small concerns which has less than 15 employees? can anyone help me out on this bcoz so far i ve worked in small concerns only and i ve never heard or seen anyone getting this form 16.
