Dear Mahesh,
All categories are already detail out by one of our member alonwith details on clerical & misc. staff. While ensuring disbursement of minimum rates of wages to the employees working in different schedule employments we are also required to give our attention to the following foot note as provided by minimum rates of wages latest notification dated 27.06.2007.
Note:-
• Unskilled employees having 10 years experience would be deemed categorized as semi skilled ‘A’
• After 3 years of experience in semi skilled ‘A’ the employee would be deemed categorized as semi skilled ‘B’
• After 3 years of experience in skilled ‘A’ the employee would be deemed categorized as skilled ‘B’

Kindly provide me the information regarding the ingredients of Minimum Wages as applicable to the Haryana. whether it includes HRA, Special Allowances and Travelling Allowances or not?
