Thanks for providing information on minimum wages. According to minimum rates of wages notification dated 27.06.2007 the rate of wages of Security Guard (with weapon) is as Rs. 5237.17 in place of Rs.5107.17 while other details are OK.

While ensuring disbursement of minimum rates of wages to the employees working in different schedule employments we are also required to give our attention to the following foot note as provided by minimum rates of wages latest notification dated 27.06.2007.
• Unskilled employees having 10 years experience would be deemed categorized as semi skilled ‘A’
• After 3 years of experience in semi skilled ‘A’ the employee would be deemed categorized as semi skilled ‘B’
• After 3 years of experience in skilled ‘A’ the employee would be deemed categorized as skilled ‘B’
