We are organizing Following activities on 8th March:-
1- Conducting health check up throughout the day.
2- In the evening 2 hour get-to-gather with all employees. Conference room will be decorated with balloons/ribbons. At 4 O’clock welcome will be done by giving rose to all women. it will be followed up with presentation on Indian women legends followed by quiz based on presentation. We have Attractive prize for the winners.
3- Male employees will be invited to drop complements for Ladies to Drop box. Best complement will be read out in front of all employees.
4- Celebration will end up by snacks.
All activities will be organized by Male employees.

Wishing all the lovely ladies a very happy Women's Day.
I totally agree it depends on budget and strength of female employees.
You can have Pink /Purple color code of all the females, can have some fun activities and can distribute a plant (small desk pot plan), distribute roses with a greeting card.
There are many ways one can celebrate this occasion at office. 1st budget should be fixed.
Hope this will help you out.

Thanks!! I have done few activities today morning like decorated girls work station with balloons,kept flowers and chocolates too and dropped a motivational msg to all girls....
In the evening I will be giving special treat to only girls with cake cutting.
I hope you people liked it :)
