Hi,
I am from a Service Industry of 90 member team. Lots of employee have not been given Confirmation Letter here, I have been Chasing CEO for which he is been asking, why do we require this Letter?
Ans below:
1. A Confirmed Employee is eligible for Special Benefits of Leave\'s
2. A Confirmed Employee has to serve 30 days of notice period.
3. For any Salary Incremnt or Desg Hike.
4. .....
CEO, feels like everything is given to employees from the DAY 1(DOJ)...
I would like to know, Will Confirmation Letter is required on these aspects or do we have some-other parameters to give Confirmation Letter.

Hello Mr. Jaffar,
The most important point, once confirmation letter is received your employees will feel secured and stable which is utmost necessary in the job. It will also restrict the labour turnover, if any.
Explain your boss about this.
What parameters you mentioned above are also correct.

Hi Vaishalee Parkhi,
Thanks for your advice. I have 1 more doubt to ask:
In this current Scenario (Economy condition of Global Companies), NO JOBS are secured, then How can an employee be Confirmed or Secured. I dont know, if you agree this statement or NOT.
but this is truth. Hope you agree this.

Jobs are not secure anywhere. But by giving a confirmation letter, the employee feels secured about his benefits inside the company. And that is important too.

Dear Jaffar,
Before giving you the suggestion, could you please confirm us that how did you join the organization. I mean have you received offer and appointment letter from your employer. And if received then let us know the clauses mentioned in the letters just like the description of probation, confirmation, termination & leaves benefits.
However it is difficult to clarify without getting knowledge of above points.

Janardan
