HOLIDAY NOTICE


All employees of M/s Dinesh Exports Unit-III are hereby informed that the Factory will remain closed on 15-08-07, on account of “ Independence Day ”.

DEAR INDIANS WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


The MNC company in which I was working had a very novel idea,, the weekly off were structured such as they used to give 15 Aug, 26 Jan as holidays, and these holidays used to be compensated by comming on work on any specific weekly off at any time in the whole year,, so practically they were not at all giving any leave for these two days,

IN THE YEAR JAN - DEC 2007

There are only two instances where the company is giving holidays for more than 1 day,, continously ,,,

In jan a picnic is arranged for workers in which only workers go and officers rest at home,,, so for officers its holidays of 3 continous days in which one weekly off is included

In Nov Diwali 7 days,
