Dear Mr.Sonjukumar,
Once if an employee covered under PF contribution, cannot be exempted from deduction.
But if he resigned from the present position and after settlement and after 60 days of his/her resignation, shall rejoin. That time we shall fix his salary above Rs.6,500/- so be treated as exempted category, he no need to deducted with PF.
A request, as a HR professionals kindly not to advise your management all these immoral ideas. These sort of ideas are double edged weapon and even they may use the same idea against you too. And we are the HR professional, have to play balanced game, maintaining Company prosperity in first hand and the welfare of the employees in the next please.

Friends,
Distribution of PF slips to employees is a duty of employer. PF deptt can ask for proof of PF slips receipts from employees. Provision of checking PF balance in website is a facility to employees either Employer is depositing their PF regularly or not / to get update with their PF savings.
