Dear Sandeep

Did they inform you the reasons for not accepting your resignation? Are there conditions of notice period which you arerequired to comply with? Your query reflects only one side of the issue.

keep your evidence of submitting the resignation. If HR not accepting send that letter with registerpost with acknowledgement .
Regarding EPF withdraw of EPF we can post your complaint directly in the website EPFO . Hope this can solve your problem immediately.
Dear Sandeep,
First of all I want to tell you that if PF has been deducted and deposited in EPFO than the the PF accumulation is in safe and only you can use that money. If your employer is refusing to attest your PF withdraw form i.e. in Form No.19 and Form No.10C, first of all you get these claim attested by the Bank Manager where you have opened your SB Account in your name then will all document relating to you employment and and identity along with the forms make a written complain before the EPF authority for necessary help than the concerned office you take care of you.
