Dear seniors im applying for a government job wherein for eligibility i ve been asked to submit an "experience certificate" from my current employer. now my question is how do i ask my boss private co. for an experience certificate? i dont want them to know that im keen on a job change. is there any other reason i can give for which i need an experience certificate? its a tricky situation. if i tell them i need it for applying elsewhere i will lose my credibility. pls help :

Hi my wife was taught in a school for nine months. she had to leave her job on emergency due to pregnancy and hospitalisation.she could not submit one month s advance notice to the school as per their policy.she asked for experience letter/certificate from the school but they refused on the grounds that anyone leaving the job before one year will not get any experience letter/certificate as per their policy.can anyone tell me any legal action can be taken against the school for not issuing experience certificate/letter.

Dear all i worked as merchandiser in nestle distributor s office at chennai for one year during 2001 2002 after finishing my xth standardi didn t get any experience certificate from them.moreover i have worked as performance coach at britanniachennai for five months during my mba programme project period 2009 company hr people told that after finishing one year of service only you are able to get experience certificate i have only the appointment letter.in this matter i am not able to get experience certificate from both the companies since distributor s office is handed over to another personand in britannia they were insisting that one year experience is mandatory to get experience certificate.my query is whether i am able to add above work experience in my profile? will it be accepted by other & mnc s companies without any supporting documents? or what i need to do to add those work experience in my resume?. please provide valuable suggestions and reply to my query.
Service letter or employment certificate instead of experience certificate?
I am working in a software company since 2001. to apply in certain govt. oraganizations experience certificate is required while applying. i requested my employer for giving me experience certificate but he refused in written email that "we do not follow such practise in our company" are they not bound legally to give me experience certificate? shall i request for service letter or employment certificate instead of experience certificate? what should i do now?
Career and job confusion - 3 years of experience as a receptionist and 6 years of experience as an accountant
Hi everyone i really need help and guidance from you and all the experienced people out there. i am stuck in my thoughts and feeling depressed. i started my job at the age of 18 as a receptionist in an eye hospital. with my job i completed my bachelor s in commerce and joined the same hospital as an accountant but my work is completely different as an accountant. my work profile includes hr operations finance operations administration and accounting too. i have done a master s in commerce also with my job. total 3 years of experience as a receptionist and 6 years of experience as an accountant actually different work as mentioned above. now i am looking for a new job for the last 1.5 years but have not gotten opportunities and interview calls in spite of applying continuously. my mixed experience is the reason i guess. i am very good at numbers and hr and administration too and not able to decide what i actually like. please suggest to me which field i should choose further. also what designation should i mention in c.v. i am the only person here handling all duties related to hr finance administration and accounts for more than 6 years? please help me. thank you
