Recruitment for HR in Pharma has become uphill task

Hi all,

I am with a leading pharma company.
I found it a hard task to recruit an Asst mgr-HR
I've gone through many profiles and found that hardly anybody is interested in Pharma
I believe pharma is the industry in demand next to IT.
Could you please help me how to go about this.
