to develop a good HR Scorecard. First, the slides display a
comprehensive HR Strategy Map based on four perspectives developed by
Kaplan and Norton. Then, the slides also elaborate key performance
indicators for each strategic objective displayed in the strategy map.

If you have downloaded the file, maybe we can start discussing the contents. I think the strategy map displayed on the slides can serve as a useful framework to create great HR functions. HR as a strategic partner then can be really fulfilled optimally.

You are welcome praveen. I hope you can deploy those brilliant slides into your real life experience as a HR practitioner. These slides, I believe, are practical and can be utilized immediately in our work settings.
