State or central govt with more than 42 yrs of service - what will be the method of gratuity calculation?
Can a person who is an employee of state or central govt perform more than 42 yrs of service if so what will be the method of gratuity calculation whether it will upto 42 yrs of service which is fixed or the full length of service he performed i.e. 43 yrs 8 months. as per rule a govt servant must serve 42 yrs of service i.e. 18 yrs will be the entry point and 60 yrs will be exit point. kindly help me in this topic.
