Termination of employment - the termination should carry a letter stating the reason for termination, right?
I was told that my last working day is jan 5 2024 and i shared a simple email that it is 5/1/2024. it was a termination the hr said. but they didnt provide any termination letter on this day. when i asked they said it would be shared. i dont know when. usually the termination should carry a letter stating the reason for termination right? show cause was issued in july 2023. will it be shared after fnf? the termination was due to dual employment in the past.
I have been terminated from my job
Hi i have worked with a mnc for 2 years. suddenly in the month of may 2010 the hr calls me up and says that my services are no longer required in the organization and i should resign. when i refused to resign they threatened me with termination. then on june 15th 2010...i received a termination of service letter from the hr citing just the employment contract with me....prior to this there no communication was given to me on performance related or any other issue. what are my options.... regards..

Greetings hi all team members i do have a query about the termination notice period of an employee. i am hr in a start up company. an employee asked for the salary raise to the owner of the company who is associated with the company since past 1.6 years & about the few of the concern i will mention below. but in response to the email he immediately received the termination notice period because he asked about the salary raise & company protocols. now all the employees are worried about the same as nobody got the increment till now & even no certain standard rules are here in the company. employees of the company want to know what action can be taken against him. kindly help me out with suitable legal answer with the employment law. also i am mentioning the concerned point as below 1 public holidays 2 they are not closed on gazetted holidays 3 no specific leaves are being provided. 4 no specific work place is being provided. 5 instant termination on asking these above queries. please help me with the legal employment laws to answer them that what action can be taken. thanks stay blessed
