Dear Sir,
When you want to go on leave, you should apply leave and get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave from your immediate Boss. He will make arrangements without hampering office work.
In case of any urgency, you can proceed on leave by informing your immediate superior over phone and can submit leave letter by mail. These are all minimum courtesy one should follow as a responsible
employee and also in the interest of keeping cordial relations between Employer-Employee.
