My management wants not to provide annual increment every year. but if there is good performer what will be the reply for them as an hr executive. again if anual increment is permitted for any year management do not wants to provide increment to all employees. they do not wants to adjust inflationary adjustment what will be the hr response?

One time fixed annual increment - what should it be called?
A candidate has been selected and has been offered a fixed one time increment of 0.5 lacs after one year. this is only a one time affair there after the employee will be appraised annually on performance and accordingly will be given an increment. i am confused as to what do i call the one time salary increment of 0.5 lacs as i need to add it as a component in the candidates ctc.
Annual increment not being released
Hello greetings i am an hr professional working for a psu. i joined in this company in the year 2011 as a management trainee and its been three years since i have been associated with the organization. i am due for two annual increments which has been withheld on the pretext that my antecedent report police verification report has not come. please guide me what should be done to get my increment. thank you in advance.
