Hi Everybody,
Can anybody help me with information relating to reimbursements for employees at various levels and compensating employees for extra hours worked.
I want this for an IT company with 30 employees with various departments such as development, support, admin, hr, sales & marketing.
Please give me the actuals as to how much in Rs. for reimbursements and compensation and how to calculate.

It can be on pro-rata of their average daily salary/wages or some fixed amt for various levels. Pon

There is a tread on overtime payment. Please search.
Overtime is usually double the rate of salary per hour of Gross salary (basic+flexi-pay/FBP or DA). Exclude bonus and benefits.
Hours of work is usually governed by Shops and Establishments Act of that state wher your IT co. exists.

Reimbursement for various levels depends upon the flexi structure that your company has adopted for different bands, it can range from telephone reimbursements, sodexo, LTA, Business attire, car/fuel depending on the cc of the car Rs.1800 if Car CC is below 1600, Rs.2400 if Car CC is More than 1600. Driver. Rs. 900.
