1. You are engaged to perform your duties at our company under Production Department (Transformer Unit) and render services in the permanent position of Manager or as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

4. The Company reserves the right to deduct income tax from your monthly salary or other dues payable to you any amount owned by you to the Company.

5. The Company will reimburse reasonable expenses which you may incur in proper performance of your duties, in accordance with the Company expenses claim policy.

6. Your service will be governed by the rules, regulations, orders and instructions issued/framed by Company from time to time.

7. You will have to serve at our organization at least 3(three) years from the date of joining of your service, which can be terminated earlier with 2(two) months notice on either side, without assigning any reason.

8. You will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all company properties, which may be in your use, custody or charge.

9. It is expected that you will discharge your assigned responsibilities with high standard of performance, quality, integrity and discipline.
