I am advocte,In P.F employee contribution 12% in A/c no.1 & employer share is 3.67%, In A/c 10.is for pension schem ie 8.33%,adm charges 1.10%.EDLI IS .5% Ins charges mim Rs 2/- or .01% In ESIC EMPLOYEE CON 1.75% & EMPLOYER CON 4.75%

In esi when we had or reached strength of 10/(20 with out power earlyer now it changed in our state karnataka for 10. confirm it ) employes' first time esi is applicable (Ifit is implimented area of esi then only esi is applicable) and P F when we reachfirst time 20 nos. of employes'first time PF is applicable.
