hi all

i am doing absentee statement for my employees for nos. in excel
i want to calculate the days between 2 dates.
eg. a person applied leave from 01.10.11 to 05.10.11. (both dates inclusively i want to calculate)
please help me in getting the formula.

Dear Sir,

We will shift our factory on 1 April 2012 due to Management decision & not gave any notice as per Factories Act. We transfered our all employees to our new units.Please give or suggest some suitable writing language to corresponds accordingly for various legal pupose and notice to the workers also.
