We will shift our factory on 1 April 2012 due to Management decision & not gave any notice as per Factories Act. We transfered our all employees to our new units.Please give or suggest some suitable writing language to corresponds accordingly for various legal pupose and notice to the workers also.

my salary has been increased on last April, but still I am receiving my old salary, but hr was telling that the increment will get as arrears, but I am on notice period ( I put paper on yesterday) now HR is telling I am not eligible for arrears, so tell me seniors am I eligible to get the increment arrears?
