Can someone help me complete my project on Job analysis
I have chosen Questionnaire & Interview methods for job evaluation and would like to recommend change in organizational structure resulting in creation of senior role.
I have designed Questionnaires and provided answers describing the Job, skill but wondering how to proceed with Interview questions to justify senior role!
