Hey Everybody,I got myself registered today.I have a question regarding hr interview round, that is held by companies for recruiting freshers or experienced people.Well,I\'m pursuing MCA and I\'m in 2nd year, So I\'m pretty concerned about the interviews that I\'m gonna attend from next year onwards. After completing BCA in the year 2009 I worked at WIPRO BPO for 11 months, then I left Wipro and started pursuing MCA.Now my question is whether I should mention about the 11 months experience, that i had in WIPRO BPO or not during the interviews that I\'d be attending as a fresher? The kind of interviews that I\'d be attending will be for software development,so should I mention about the BPO experience that I had?
I\'d be very grateful if somebody advises me on this , because I\'m puzzeled right now. What to do?

Dear Gautam,
Its will be an adavantage to show your experiance which you have gain from Wipro. Company needs what skill you have earned from your experienced. It will treat as a resoursce or + point for you.
