We have contractors working with us who are defaulter in the ESIC payments i.e. the late submission of ESIC challan.
They always have an excuse that there is delay in payments because of banks or of ESIC website.
As a prinicpal employer when we had strictly taken these issues with these vendors than they came up with an idea to submit seperate challans for ESIC for the employees working in our premises.
I have a doubt in my mind that whether their is such provision in ESIC act that an employer can submit 2 challans for same month or will it be possible to submit the ESIC in 2 go for employees.
