Job Title: HR Manager

SUMMARY :

Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

DUTIES :

Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.

Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

Prepares budget of human resources operations.

Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as canteen, transportation, or relocation service.

Job Title: Staff Nurse
SUMMARY :
Provides nursing service and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured on premises of commercial or industrial establishment by performing the following duties.
DUTIES :
Takes patient's vital signs, treats wounds, and evaluates physical condition of patient.
Contacts Physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
Maintains record of persons treated, and prepares accident reports and insurance forms.
Develops employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking, and weight control regimens.
Assists Physician in employee medical examinations.

Hi All,
Can anyone send me the format of esic date extension letter as i am totally new to this field i have no idea i to go ahead with it,Since one of our employee has got esic temporary card and was supoose to go to esic office and get the smart card done but the employee has gone late instead on the date mentioned on the form hence in esic office they have asked the employee to get the date extension letter for the same from the compnay,Please do the needful as it is very urgent,

Duties :

Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
