Dear Mr. Chetan ji, Its very simple formula; Basic + D.A x 15 / 26 x No.of year in service (Minimum service put up is Five Years must) Regards, PBS KUMAR

To claim gratuity you need to complete 5 years.
Gratuity formula is as
basic * no of years worked *15/26
e.g
if your basic is 4000/- & your years worked is 6 years then
4000*6*15 /26
