Dear all,
In Kerala some of the ESI offices like Calicut and Trivandrum are not accepting the hard copy of RC(Form5). On enquiring they said "since it is in online need not to submit it here".
Is it ok for us.. Otherwise we have to get acknowledge of it.....
Your suggestion is required urgently.. because some of the locations office will acknowledge it as late submission of RC.

The online RC has been started from oct 11 that is RC for march-2011 to september 2011 should be signed by CA Auditor if the employees are more than 40 and go to your esi login page and do self certification, CA signature scanned copy should be attached..

But employees are around 15 to 20 in our calicut & trivandrum location. Hence CA is not needed. Even though they are not accepting it.
Whether we can keep the hard copy of RC without acknowledge.

Have you submitted challan online, if yes, then RC should be genetated online only and submitted to concern ESI office.... ask them why they are not accepting it. at most of the locations RC are accepted which are generated online and mind well please attach the photo copies of challan paid.
