Refer to your query, you were not mention the place of your factory. Generally there is no need to obtain Labour License separately until to engage labour through a acontractor under Contract Labour (R & A) Act - 1970 provisions, the principal employer can obtain Registration Certificate from the Registration/Licensing Officer of the Area i.e.o/o DCL or ACL of the area concerned.
