Basicall I have just taken over this office bearer one month now and to my suprise i did not find any form of register in place and what they could show me is members register in a row form(hard copy). Am tasked to create a database for the members depending on the name, district, sub-county, Parish and telephone contact. I wondr how best some one can create one for me.

Please get the below format printed and give to all the members and after obtaining the signature of the members duly filled and confirmed that the above details filled by them is correct and true to the best of their knowledge then make entry in the Membership Register (You can make the registers geographical areawise and senior and junior level wise as per their involvement and experience in your party.

Thats exactly what I have in mind. my request now is there any way you can design or develop it in an excel format or something of sort to give me a clear picture.
Also i wonder how i can source for the soft ware which can help me to maintain a database.
