Dear All,
Please help me out for designing a salary for my organization. I'm little bit confused about the deductions on salary. Please find attached sheet with the structure designed by me. Also, please suggest if there TDS deduction should have to added, as I do't have idea about taxation.

Hie Pratyasha, I think professional tax is missing to deduct apart from PF you should check that out.

Yeah it's not applicable there
For what kind of sector you belong from ?
is it manufacturing setup / Service industry ?
Have you included bonus & Gratuity part in CTC ?

Yes Prateek.. My mistake, I haven't write in my msg. Ours is a financial service industry. further, we don't use to include bonus & gratuity part in ctc. Can you please also help me out about the deduction of TDS. Should it be there?

Hi,
First try to keep your Basic Salary between 40 to 50% of the CTC to be offered. Keep a standard for basic salary.
You have asked for Salary Breakup but you have uploaded a salary slip breakup. Though both are not different but there are other components also in CTC which does not refelects in salary slip.
Also TDS is compulsory only if the emp. is falling under the tax slab and have not provided any proof of investment so, we can not show the same in Salary Breakup. But if tax is deducted then it need to be refelected in the Salary Slip.

Thanks Jeetendra, I have taken basic as 45% of the Gross salary but not CTC. Shuc I change the same? I know 1 important part that I hv left id Employer contribution in PF i.e, Rs.780/- for our org.
