Dear,
I think LL. B. would be the best course seeing your profile and interest. I'm sure you can do it and you should do it. It's a beautiful degree and going to help you a lot, no matter where you are working and in what capacity.

Hi,
Only course can't help to get extra, HR has different fields - Like P&A and IR (DLL) , Legal & IR (LLB), T&D, SAP, HR (OD,PMS .......) , HR Analyst and so on. First set your objective as per personal traits and achieve the goal.
Because LLB, DLL and MBA is now a general degree for HR in current market trends so on the personal traits, if one can select the field that can make person effective.

Hi
I feel he who has good logic, good command over communication and effective writting skill will excell in HR. Adding qualification beyond required basic professional qualification will not take one beyond the platform. This is because the practical function in HR is not always under ideal situation and condition as explained in the academics.
So plung to practice what has been learnt.
