Hi Jacs, well first thing is that why you wanna go for PG course in HR? You need to recognize your interest first.

Second, it is good that you wanna go with HR if you have interest in this function and would like to say that it is a really interesting field. If you really looking this for your career, I also wud say that you must go for SAP HR courses to that is the latest demand of HR World and will certainly give you more options to establish yourself in HR. But before this you have to start your studying, have to work hard, need to updates yourself with every possible development in HR world and the very first thing you have to express your interest towards HR.

Spent your time as much as you can here on this place, read and understand the discussions, gain knowledge about functions of HR. As you have decided to go for PG diploma i wont ask you to join any other institute bcz while doing your this PG course you can do lot to acheive your goals

Also i want you to please visit weblinks below posted which will help give you abstract of Functions of HR

Well Jacs the thing is that if you really are interested in this HR, you have to go for HR Diploma /Certificate course and SAP-HR , and why I have suggested you this bcz this will increase your skills and give you the basic and required knowledge for you to reach your aim.

If you want to learn, you can learn all about HR from this place by reading threads/posts carefully, doing practical, and updating yourself with every possible and little knowledge of HR and their Function. The link I have provided you above will give you the abstract of HR and their Functions and the concept of mine “My 7 Stars of HR” will help you in this.

This is really a great place Jacs. And before going to make your start, you have to make a check list for you, You have to revised your Career Planning.

Let me give you an idea how can you give a start to yourself in this regard.

Step 1 – You need to apply for PG as you also willing to do

(You have no MBA but can earn Diploma which will also work for you and don’t worry about anything that you have B.Sc or cant achieve your goal what you have set or intended to do)

Step 2- You have to find any good and reputed institute for certificate course for SAP-HR and others course. As you already have basic knowledge and you also have experience as a recruiter which will also help you in this.

Step 3- Need to know about all functions of HR so that you can have the understanding and start your learning. (Hope you may aware of the functions, work and activities of HR.)

Step 3- You can start learning by attempting any function of HR first. You can start with ESIC & EPF

(Learn as much as you can and also need to visit to the official website of ESIC Home Page & EPFO to know more about them, to know the applicable rules, forms and everything.)

Step 4- You need to spend your as much time as you can here on this CiteHR to learn by reading and understanding the things related to HR.

Step 5- Maintain your learning, need to enjoy and keep alive your interest in HR which will encourage you always to learn more and more about HR.

Step 6- Make your own data back of required documents and study material of HR and related things, so that, you can learn anytime

Step 7- Make your habit to learn, maintain this procedure and work hard

These things will also help you in your study that you are intended to do (PG)

Finally, with closing of this reply I wanna say that if you wanna reach HR Generalist Profile, you have to go long bcz in this Profile one must have good even strong knowledge of -- a wide variety of functions and divisions within HR.

Dont worry about anything, just come back to India if you really wanna come. You can get good jobs here but one thing I wanna know whether you are worried about your career or just about money that you are paying less by them.

There are many question in my mind but while coming to the point i wanna say that can apply for jobs online from being there too and can come here with an appointment letter if you really wanna come back or not willing to be there more. Hope you are not experiencing other problems.

Well we are having advance technology and lot more options such as jobs sites/portals which are really good in this regard. You must apply for jobs in India at your preferred location. You have more then 4 years of experience and if you have knowledge about your work/field, if you are skilled and have good and strong understanding, can get good jobs easily.

As far as concern about your learning or qualities that you wanna develop in you regards to your career goal, you can learn and get experience and enhance your knowledge from being here on "CiteHR" or kind of places.
