HR consultant - work from Home

Dear All,

I worked as HR handling 4 companies, recently due to personal reasons, I quit the job.

Now I got a offer from my previous(one among 4 companies handled) company to work as a HR consultant(work from home).

Please let me know what all resources I need to ask to provide for me and as well as how much I can charge.

Hi, pallavi,
This opportunity will take much responsibility and as you have been as HR handling. Evaluate yourself, how will you be beneficial for the company and then decide your charge. Your skills set like a product so you evalutate about your product.

In my opinion the charges should be more because if you demand less then the company do not take seriousness on your efforts. Since Good price shows the product quality.
