Dear All,
I am Resign form company in my probation period, as per appointment letter there is clause for termination is 24 hrs. in probation period, and separate clause for notice period is maintained that required to give in writing 60 days notice. please help me which notice period should I consider.
Please advice me what to do if I want to leave within 4 days.

Mr.Pune,
as As you said clause mentioned in your appointment letter 24 hr's to terminate from employer end same is applicable to you ,no need to serve notice as you said even if you go legally judgement favor toward you appoint should draft on equal beneficiaries.

Read carefully, there may not be two type of clauses on N.Period. The 60 days period may be applicable on your confirmation. Whatever may be, 24 hrs notice period is absurd and the gentleman who drafted your appt letter may be a crook.
