Hello,

Can someone share the statutory compliance checklist applicable for factories, branches /depots and headoffice type of operation. I need help on both HR, factories and finance related acts.

Hi Madhan, thansk this is useful from return and forms filing prespective. Do you have a very comprehensive checklist which lists out each and every compliance activity under a particular act. Example File attached.

14.4.4 Remittance of Special Contribution
14.4.5 Half Yearly Return for Contribution Period 1st April to 30th September and Contribution Period 1st October to 31st March, within 42 days before 12th May & 12th November filed on _____ (date)

14.5 Queries / Show Cause Notices
14.5.1 Date of last visit of Inspector :
14.5.2 Number of queries raised
14.5.3 Number of queries resolved satisfactorily
14.5.4 Number of Show Cause Notices received
14.5.5 Show Cause Notices replied in time

What is Show Cause Notices and how its works and when shall we use and what purpose, pls anybody let me know? suresh

Hi, ESIC is applicable to all employees having gross salary upto 15000/-. Pls correct me if am wrong.
