I have doubt regarding application for withdrawal of provident fund amount.
I want to know that after leaving employment when employee can apply for pf withdraw. What is procedure to submit the form 10c and 19(I think) I mean is there any time limit to submit these forms? Or he can immediately submit it. Is it sole responsibility of the previous HR department.

Dear Friend
You have to submit the application For 19 and 10D after 2 months of your resignation to the previous employer. They will forward to the Regional office and intimate to you. The RPFC will settle the accounts.

After 2 months of resignation, one can claim for his/her EPF amount and for this one have to filled Form 10 and 19 which supposed to be attested by employer along with the establishment and other required details before submitting to the local EPF office. Anyone can filled this EPF Claim form and submit to the EPF office directly.

Hi All,
My claim for PF withdrawal has been rejected PF dept. on grounds that my employer has not submitted form 6a to the PF dept.
I submitted this claim application after six months of leaving the service from that employer.
Please suggest what action should i take.
Thanks,
Devinder.

If they rejected in the PF dept then the probleem is in your application form 19 and 10 c .
You should mention clearly .......... let me know the date of left what they mentioned in the PF OFFICE or annual returns are not submitted in the PF office or authorization problem ,,,, please check everything.

@ Sudhir Kumar Ji,
I resigned on 21/01/2011 from my previous company and same dated is mentioned in the PF office.
And filled my EPF claim form by 25/09/2011.
By 25/10/2011 received an online message of rejection of my EPF claim.
On making querries to EPF they told me that 6A form has not been sent there office by my previous employer yet(till date 25/10/2011), It is negligence of the HR personnel of the previous company...........Am i right?
Thanks,
Devinder.
