As you menioned that you are doing MBA with specialisation in HR as well, I would like to tell you that talent acquisition as the name defines is same as doing good recruitment with cost effective method for which there is no need to do any specialisation. Acquiring good workforce though effective practices in cost efficient manner and retaining your company's already working talent is all about talent aquisition and retention. So please don't get confused with that as it is one and same.
