Hi,
I have been working as a HR trainee for a co.from the last 4 months, under the payroll of a consultancy firm. It is a complete generalist profile and work is very interesting. However, I have not received any appointment letter. Salary to is paid in cash, and there are no deduction for PF or professional taxes or likewise. My question is that will my experience hold without any such documentary evidences? Else what should I do?

Dear Aditi Mitra
Knowledge is our wealth !!!! what you are learning will definitely help you out if you change the job, you can try to know at least they give Experience certificate if you leave the company if they give you can work nor it is better to quit.... Normally any consultancy do not provide appointment order you can at least request offer letter, Do you have Salary slips???? Kindly note Either you should have service certificate, offer letter, salary slip if you do not have all these three you try requesting them and kindly let me know the reply of them in this same post....

Dear Mr. Ramkishore
Thank you for the response. I do have an offer letter and I have been promised an appointment letter too but after 6-8 months from joining. Salary is paid in cash here and is directly credited to my personal savings account, we do not receive any payslips for it.
Further I have come to know lately that it is not customary to give any kind of experience certificates here. What should be my next step in this case. Kindly guide me.
Regards,
