Dear Folk,
I need to give a compliant against one of the clerical staff who is taking care of our PF claim settlement in PF office. The clerk always not processing our claims on time and rejecting our PF claims for no reason and he is simply stating worth less reason. Even when we are rectifying all these issue still he is not ready to process our claims. Please let me know how to whom should I talk with this in this regards in PF office. Please guide me to proceed further...

Few Regional offices of PF has developed and few are still creating problem like that only.Noida Regional office is also one of them and we also face the
same problemsometimes because they need bribe in withdrawl .
Last time i called the clerk infront of RPFC and told him to behave properly otherwise we will take up this matter with heigher authorities.
than he became alright.

before raising the complaint against the pf clerk, you check whether u have filled the claim / form properly or not. are you eligible for what you asking from them. check on what grond he is rejecting you claims / forms. if you ok with every thing then raise RTI. it costs just rs.10/- and forward to pf commissioner, asking explaination why your claim was turn down by the dealing clerk. it may make 45 days in whole process. but i assure you will get best result of this. and whenever in future you find the same problem, raise rti and get the reply.

Dear Member,
Hope that you have forwarded your claim paper will all necessary enclsoures for settlement; you would have collected the acknowledgement for the same. With the help of acknowledgement reference check your claim status on online; if your claim submission days is over than 45 days. File a grievance petiion on Lok Adalat Committee with an acknowledgement proof.

I have a big concern to clarify and I'm sure you'll be the best person I can approach.
I worked for a Chennai based company and my workplace was in Hyderabad. I've resigned the job following the company's procedure. I was told by the HR that my PF will be settled in 45 days.
Now they're giving me n number of reasons saying that they have forwarded my papers to the PF office in Chennai, but they're not giving my acknowledgement number for my reference. They're just giving excuses that the PF Office in Chennai is delaying the process.
I want to know from you that is Chennai PF office is really delaying the process?
And where should I approach to settle this issue asap?

i applied for my pf in june 2014 but after they told me we need back statement ,but in first i given then blank checqe,
then in nov i again apply for that , and now in feb 13th i received that sing is blank so apply again,
it will take again three month , because there pf will be issue from mumbai not form punjab , please provide me the best way or where i will complaint regarding that
