Hello All,
I completed my MBA with specialization in HR in 2010. I searched a lot for a HR job but could not find any other than consultancy jobs. Been into content writing from the past 1 year and I wish to get into the HR domain now. What should I do as preparation to be eligible for a HR job? Kindly help me out.
Thanks,

Hi All,
Even me too same.I Passed out my MBA with specialization in HR in 2010. As I searched for a job in HR field alot , roamed total hyderabad like a dog , but ended up with only less salaries.
Did not like the less salaries offered by companies/consultancies , at the same time my father retired from his job. Financially my life became horrible.
Got Mad and searched for job in all profiles even BPO's. And entered into Quality side in one software company for good package.
Working here from more than 8 months so far, but not interested to work any more. Again I decided to enter into HR field.
Recently Joined in SAP in HR module. And about to Quit my job soon.
I want to know here how are the opportunities right now either in HR field or SAP HR module.
Regards,
Santosh

Hi Geneia, dear please try to find or apply for fresher’s job. There are numbers of employers who are looking for new and fresh peoples. Don’t lose hope dear. Also you need to register yourself on Job Portals for this..I understand that you are a fresher and you want to get a job soon which is also really important for you to not to waste much time.
I have seen many fresher’s opening on Naukri.com last week. You need to visit and contact the employers with your candidature. Keep trying and searching job but also I want you to improve your basic skills and knowledge about HR through learning on this place or by Other HR sites. Certainly this will help you a lot in your search.
Also you can send me your CV, I will let you know if I come across any good opening for you.

hi
Even i opted for a career in hr.I passed out my M.B.A in 2010 done lot of research on market and hr career.I have a dream to join a big MNC and i would like to start my career in a mnc company as a hr.finally i have lot of compromises and started my career as a hr executive with a small firm.see dont think about the salary initially it was bad.if u have enough experience then u can demand for a good pay .even u can join with a consultancy so that u can atleast know about the market and the present openings.
