Dear All,
In our company, employees got hike in the month of april 2011 but they got that amount june 2011 onward and we started PF & ESI benefit to the our employees from the month of June 2011.
My questions are
Now we have to give arrears to our employees with PF & ESI deduction or not??? because in the month of april and may there was no PF???
Arrears has to be paid on Net Salary or Gross salary?
Please send me the reply for these above queries it's very urgent..

You need to pay arrears with ESI and PF deductions Why there was no PF in the month of April ? Arrears has to calculated on Gross salary and pay net salary after PF and ESI deductions
