I've heard that there is a cap of maximum 10000/- on Basic+DA for eligibility for bonus, but couldnt find it in the Act.
Is it still applicable?
If yes can you guide me where to find it in the Act.

Dear Sharon,
Yes the cap is still applicable, but there is a proposal to rise it to 15,000. In this regards there is a bill, but it is yet to be amended in the bonus act.
