On resuming in my current place of work,I inherited an inefficient,incompetent but hard working Personal Assistant.Try as hard as she may,she does not have the skill set for this role but due to organizational constraints I am compelled to work with her.
I have just got an opportunity to recruit an assistant for her.
Can you please assist with a simple but effective Aptitude test to evaluate the prospective candidates in order to relieve me of a recurrence or,worse still,perpetuation of my current jeopardy.
I would further appreciate suggestions on appropriate designations for this assistant who,if competent,will be my defacto Secretary.
