Hi,
PF contribution is calculated on basic and the basic changes as per the attendance for the month. If the employee is worked only for 15 days in one particular month then PF for that month will be the same or it will change as per basic?

Dear Aarti,
PF will calculated on Basic payout per month, If any employee worked for 5,10 or 15 days his/her PF contribution on No of working days.
its vary from month to month depends upon No of Employee working days.
My Basic is Rs10000/- and I worked 15 days in particular month means , my PF deduction will be on Rs 5000*12% & same from employer side.
if any clarifications let me know.

Dear Aarti,
Its totally depend upon the No of Employees, and its not compulsory to hire PF consultant for PF work, HR person should handle all PF works.
See list out the PF work. start from recruitment.
1) Once new staff recruited Fill Nomination form and submit to PF office for PF No.
2) Monthly contribution calculating on Basic payout * 12 % of Employees & Employers 13.65%
3) Yearly return in Form 3A & 6A
4) Settlement of PF amount in Form No 19, 10c or 10D.
And get PF check list as below link
